Product Description

This is a fabulous Victorian silver owl pepper pot made by George Richards, and hallmarked for London 1853.

This wonderful owl has been beautifully embossed with a very realistic body shape and feathers.

The owl’s head is removable, fitting smoothly into the body, and has two red and black eyes.

The holes for the pepper are in the top of the head.

Excellent, no damage or repairs, just normal surface wear commensurate with age.
