Antique (c. 1900s) Puffy Heart-Shaped Locket
This lovely gold-filled, rolled gold heart-shaped puffy pendant dates back to the late 19th to early 20th century, showcasing the fine craftsmanship of the era. The highly ornate, engraved design reflects the attention to detail that makes pieces from this period so captivating.
The front is adorned with a striking central star motif, intricately engraved and accented with a small circular gemstone, possibly a pearl, at its center. Surrounding the star is a beautifully detailed geometric pattern, resembling delicate starbursts or floral elements. The reverse side of the pendant is smooth and free of design.
