Antique Art Nouveau Large Foam Gold Heart Shaped Locket with Sapphires
This is an antique Art Nouveau/Jugendstil large heart-shaped pendant, made of foam gold (vergoldet), likely dating from the late 19th to the early 20th century.
It has a polished surface with a simple yet elegant design. The front is adorned with delicate ngraved lines forming an abstract geometric pattern, from which three small, round dark blue stones (possibly sapphires) are suspended. The pendant has a beaded border around the edge. The back of the locket is plain, free of design.
